Jen's Juice Chicken

4-6 chicken breast
welchs orange, pineapple, apple juice concentrate
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp soy sauce
put in a crock pot and cook on low about 5 hours.

It is good with rice and peas mixed together. then add
a can of drained pineapple chunks to the cut up
chicken. The juice from the chicken is good on it.
