Sour Cream Gravy

Time: 10 min
Serves: 4

1 can cream of chicken
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c green onions chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over cooked chicken in pan and simmer for 8 min. Serve.

Feista Chicken Soup

Mom wanted me to post this for her. She says that it is really really good. So easy too.

1 can corn
1 can chicken broth
1 can refried beans
1 cup salsa
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup cooked diced chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Simmer about 10 minutes. 1 cup=2 pts weight watchers
